Pre registration is not necessary - it ensures we have your proper information and helps with food and event planning. You will still need to check in at the registration table the day of the walk. Pre registration will allow us to be more efficient with checking you in the day of the Buddy Walk.

We will have Buddy Walk merchandise for sale. We can only accept cash or check at this time. You can reserve items by using this pre registration from. If you order early we can make arrangements to deliver your items prior to the Buddy Walk. Please use the comment form below to add your comments.

Waiver: In consideration of me and/or my minor child being permitted to participate in the Buddy Walk, I hereby – for myself, my heirs and personal representatives – assume any and all risks which might be associated with the event. I further waive, release, discharge and covenant not to sue the Emerald Family Down Syndrome Network (EFDSN) or National Down Syndrome Society, their officers, employees, sponsors, organizers, volunteers or other representatives or their successors and assigns, for any and all injuries or damages of any kind whatsoever suffered by myself and/or my minor child as a result of taking part in the events and any related activities. I also authorize the use by NDSS and the EFDSN of any photo, film or videotape taken of me or my minor child at the event for any purpose.
